RENTALS
Our rentals are shown by appointment; please drive by prior to scheduling in order to determine if you are interested. Most of these units are still occupied, so please do not stop! Occupied units require at least a 24 hours notice to view. Availability dates listed are approximate.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT AN APPLICANT MUST FULFILL TO QUALIFY
- Every adult (age 18 yrs. And older) are required to fill out a rental application, no exceptions.
- A photocopy of a valid government issued identification card is required for at least one applicant
- A credit report will be obtained for each applicant. (A social security number is required)
- At least 1 line of credit per applicant; established for at least 6 months; No negative reporting over the last 3 years.
- Proof of Employment o Time of employment to be at least 6 months and to include employees verification of continued employment likely, or with same employer for 2 years.
- All income must be lawful and verifiable. A combined gross monthly household income of 3 times the monthly rent is required.
- A combined of one year of favorable and verifiable rental references must be provided.
